Optimal Service on End of Life Planning
Service Mission and Goal
- Continue to promote the development of life and death education for people with disabilities, provide life and death education services for people with disabilities and make pre-life planning for them with an open and positive attitude;
- Advocate a culture of respecting the self-selection, expression of wishes and self-determination of peoole with disabilities, and improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disablities; and
- Establish a life plan for the people with disabilities and their families, and support the people with disabilities to relieve their feelings.
Service Highlights
- Publish life and death education teaching kits and mobile apps, and provide training and accreditation for staff in this industry;
- Through life and death education micro-film sharing sessions and lectures, visit the funeral service facilities in Hong Kong, to bring out the importance of early life and death planning; and
- Through the「思親．伴你行」accompanying worship service, we provide memorial and worship services for the bereaved people with disabilities to relieve their feelings.
